About Concert Band

The North Shore Concert Band is a 50+ piece wind symphony led by Tak Maeda, grown from the former North Vancouver Alumni Band. 2009-2010 is our 23rd season, and it looks to be a promising one!

We rehearse weekly at Windsor Secondary School in North Vancouver, at the west end of the school (off of Lytton Street). Our rehearsals are Tuesday evenings at 7:45 until 9:30.

We welcome new players of wind and percussion instruments. We do not audition new players, rather we simply invite them to join, and stay if they're interested in staying! Why not contact us if you're looking to play?
