The Sea to Sky Wind Ensemble (SSWE) and Jazz Connexion will be swapping our usual formal black shirts for Hawaiian shirts for the following summer concerts:

• Jazz Connexion: Hats Off Day,  Saturday June 2nd from 11 am to 12 pm. Corner of Hastings and Esmond in Burnaby Heights
• SSWE: West Vancouver Community Days, Saturday June 2nd, 2:45 pm to 3:30 pm. Ambleside Park, West Vancouver
• Jazz and SSWE: North Shore Music Festival, June 17th. Shipbuilder's Square, North Vancouver
  • Jazz Connexion will be performing from 12:35 pm to 1:05 pm 
  • SSWE will be performing from 1:10 pm to 1:40 pm
• SSWE: Kitsilano Showboat, Saturday, June 23rd at 7:15 pm to 8:00 pm

The Sea to Sky Wind Ensemble will be marking our 30th anniversary with a Spring Concert on Tuesday, May 8 at 7:30pm at the BlueShore Financial Centre for the Performing Arts, Capilano University.

The Jazz Connection will be performing at the Two Lions Pub (2601 Westview Drive) on Sunday, April 22nd, from 6pm to 8:30pm. There is no cover charge and underage is permitted.

2018 marks the 30th anniversary of the Sea to Sky Wind Ensemble. The wind ensemble has the following concerts scheduled:

• Spring Concert: Tuesday, May 8th at Capilano University
• North Shore Band Fest: Sunday, June 17th at Shipbuilder's Square North Vancouver
  

Jazz Connexion has the following events planned:

• Apr 22nd @ 6 pm: Two Lions Pub
  
• June 2nd @ 12:30 pm: Hats Off Day in Burnaby Heights
  
• July 17th: North Shore Band Fest (with SSWE)
  

This year also marks the 40th anniversary of the Freddy Fuddpucker band. Check out their Facebook Page for information about gigs and parties to mark the occasion.

The Jazz Connection will be performing at the Two Lions Pub (2601 Westview Drive) on Sunday, May 21, from 2pm to 4:30pm. Admission is fee. Reservations are recommended!
